Shifting Tides Chiropractic wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and get the information they need about our care.

Our commitment

We are working to make this website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including vision, hearing, mobility and cognitive disabilities.

What we have done

  • Added text descriptions to meaningful images so screen readers can describe them.
  • Used clear page headings so the site is easier to navigate with assistive technology.
  • Labeled our contact form fields.
  • Made our phone number and email address tap-to-call and tap-to-email on mobile devices.
  • Checked our pages on phones and tablets so text stays readable without zooming sideways.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these guidelines, and we review and improve the site regularly.
